Fibreglass feels so light and looks so natural clients forget they have enhancements on their nails!

What is fibreglass?

Fibreglass is a mesh that covers your nail and/or tip extensions, a resin is then applied on the mesh to seal the fibreglass to your nails and/or tip extensions, a setting spray is sprayed to harden the artificial nail enhancement.

Who should have fibreglass extensions?

Typically clients with short nails wanting longer nails using tip extensions.

What is a fibreglass overlay?

An overlay is the fibreglass treatment applied to your natural nails with no tip extension length added.

Who should have a fibreglass overlay?

Typically clients with naturally long nails might have an overlay or a client who likes shorter nails but wants a strengthener applied.

Infills are need 2-3 weeks after your first treatment. Two sessions are needed before a total removal of the artificial nail with new enhancements applied.

 

 

Builder Gel

What is builder gel?

Builder gel is a thick gel that is applied with a brush to your nail and/or extensions.

It requires a UV lamp to cure and harden under.

Infills

​

What is a infill?

Infills are when the natural part of your nail starts to show at the top of your artificial nail.

During an infill you have that part filled in with the enhancement instead of having all your nails taken off and re-done. 

I file off your old gel polish colour from your previous appointment and give you the choice of a new gel polish colour.

This makes your nails look brand new.

Who should have this?

Clients who have artificial nail enhancements on such as fibreglass which have started to grow out.

Removals

​

It is important you don't bite, pick or pull at your nails as tempting this might be!

It can cause damage to your nail bed and potentially cause an infection if your enhancement lifts up with your nail attached.  

​

I offer removals which will protect your nail from any damage.

​

When are removals needed?

When you have had your two infill appointments which will be around 9 weeks of your original appointment I will fully remove your enhancements.

 

I want a removal and then new nails applied in the same appointment:

If you want your current nails removed and then a new set of artificial enhancements applied after i offer a discounted price for the removal for £5 plus your new treatment on top.

​

I want a removal and no new nails 

If you want a removal of your current nails and no new set of nails applied after, the removal will be £10.
